Ashtanga Yoga Sylvester Retreat at the baltic Sea on the Darß
with Andreas Loh Ashtanga Yoga Instructor and Musician

Each day we begin with a group meditation and Ashtanga yoga in the traditional Mysore style (1. and 2. Series). On two afternoons we additionally delve deeply into the philosophy of yoga, Asanas in detail, Pranayama and techniques of Ashtanga yoga. On one evening we collectively experience the inspiring power of music.
Both beginners and advanced yoga practitioners are warmly welcome.
ACCOMMODATION
In the Medial Wellness Hotel "Ginko Mare" on the Darß they have nice singel- and 2-bed rooms with a high class biological interior.
The offers of the medial wellness center are not in the fee included and can be booked seperatly.

The professional cook and nutrition adviser Udo Einenkel will pamper us with delicious 100% biological-vegetarian food.
Cookery course with nutrition advice
