GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
- Avoid eating a heavy meal 3-4 hours before coming to practice, and practise on as empty a stomach as possible. The best time to practise is in the morning before breakfast.
- Drink plenty of water up until an hour before practising.
- Do not drink anything during your practice.
- The Palace will remain closed on public holidays.
- Regular practice is much more effective than occasional practice!
Please inform the teacher at the beginning of the class if you have any health problems or injuries, or if you are pregnant.
